2002 bmw 525 Is it feasible to replace the instrument cluster with a used one from another BMW of the same year? The speedometer on my instrument cluster is dead, but everything else works. The dealer told I had to replace it since there was no way to repair it.
Is it feasible that if I replace it with a used one, the mileage from the other car would appear instead of mine, or will there be additional issues? or should I get a new one?
Please notify me; I despise not knowing my speed, especially in the presence of radars and cops.
