The treadmill error code I had was E4. We had to have a circuit overload because, upon removing and examining the control board, we discovered one of the power terminals had completely melted. I've included images. Before ordering repairs, I want to check to see whether it can be fixed. I'm grateful.

Thank you for reaching out and providing us with photos. We do repair this particular unit. The damage does look like it has gone through the board. I'm leaning towards no however, we would need to see it to determine how bad the damage is. Also, retrieving the part number will be difficult if the part is not available. I think a replacement will be the best route for your situation.
