I have a Proform Pro 2500 Treadmill, model PFTL14011.1. Please see the attached photos. When I plug it in, the display is frozen on the "ifit" logo and none of the buttons work. After a while, the LCD screen stays backlit, but is completely blank.
This doesn't seem to be a problem with the motor control board. My question is, do you also do a repair-exchange of the board(s) in the console that might cause this problem?

With issues that the logo's are frozen, usually indicates an issue with the proprietary software. The issue you are having doesn't look good. You can send it into us and we can have a look to make sure the component level is working properly. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges at the moment.
Ok, thank you for responding. Would I send in just the control board(s) within the console, or the console itself with the screen attached?
I haven't opened the console yet, but there may be two boards - one on either side of the console. Would I send in both?
What would the charge be for your attempt to diagnose and/or fix the problem?
Also let me know what would happen if you're unable to fix it.
