Greetings, I was helping a friend troubleshoot his PFTL3133 Proform Crosswalk 325i treadmill that started to run on its own following a lighting strike. I called the manufacturer for some assistance and was told that it could be either; the MC60 Controller, the Power panel, or the motor itself. Could you provide any guidance? I feel that we're "stabbing in the dark". If you feel that it's possibly one of the circuit boards, could you test them so we would know if they're damaged? I feel kind of helpless right now!

At the current moment, we only fix automotive and appliance boards. If you're having issues with your unit the manufacturer might be able to send you a part replacement but this isn't something we can take a look at, unfortunately.
