We have a Precor 946i treadmill with errors 30, 32, stuck key. The upper control board is working, we think we tested the cable correctly and it did not correct the issue. We saw online that it is likely the lower/IFT box that needs to be replaced/repaired. We are considering sending the lower PCA to you for repair but thought we may need to share this information first. Thanks!

It appears the IFT box has stopped communicating with the upper console. This is a common issue for these types of treadmills.
