I own a Vision Fitness T9450 HRT treadmill. Recently, the belt ceased to move. Both the inclination motor and the control panel are still operational. Our view is that there is a circuit board mistake since when my husband connected the motor wires to a battery, the motor continued to turn the belt. Yet, it appears that there are two different control boards available while viewing your website. Any guidance you may offer me regarding the one I need. That must be the "lower motor control board," in my opinion. How does your warranty work? What is the procedure if I send you my control board for repair?
I've provided a quick guide to determine if the motor is the issue. PLEASE DO NOT RUN AC INTO THE MOTOR, this will immediately blow the motor, and circuit breaker, and permanently damage the motor. The motor should spin with ease with little to no noise. if the motor works and the belt has been calibrated and lubricated and you confirmed the motor start capacitor is good then, the issue is a faulty board and it will need to be replaced. At your earliest convenience get back to us with the results. Thank you.
