Hey I was thinking of sending in my ECU off of my Lexus gs300 but was wondering how long it takes to typically get it back

If it is a year 2004-2008, we can typically have it down between 1-3 days in regards to the repair. I provided a link below for more information.

Do I need to get it programmed or is it plug and play

Hello, since the part is original to the vehicle it will be plug and play and will not need any programming. Thank you!
