Ford transit 2016. Ecm sending those codes after welding was done without disconnecting ecm.
Can this be rebuilt?

We support the P0351 code and possibly the P2315 since those are ignition coil codes. If you've already checked/replaced the coil packs and spark plugs and confirmed they are in good working order, there very well might be an issue with this ECU. The other codes may be an internal ECU issue or it might be in the vehicle. I would recommend performing a hard battery reset first and seeing what codes are left.
