Is there a business that can reprogram the ECU in a 2012 Toyota Tacoma? When it's chilly, I have a pause in my driving after the initial start-up. When the cold engine light is turned off, the stuttering stops. I replaced the MAF, both O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle body, changed the throttle position switch, and rebuilt the idle control valve. My check engine light is not on, and I've replaced the spark plugs and coils. I have a scan tool, but no codes are recorded in the car. I can only ascribe this issue to a lag in the ECU's processing of sensor data.
