2010 Mini Cooper I keep running into a ton of problems. If I fix one issue, something else appears. I'm having problems that I can't seem to solve. L My windows no longer operate, and neither do my turn signals, headlights, or brakes. Will I also need to send the cas and key in with the ECU?

As far as the ECU goes for your vehicle we only do an ECU cloning service. Reading some of the issues you are having it sounds like your footwell module needs repair which we do work on. I have provided the link below to place the repair order.
