My car has cylinder misfire issues

If you have cylinder misfire issues, please scan the ECU with an OBDII scanner and find out the exact codes. Often times its a failing sensor or another issue in the car itself and not the ECU. If all the suggested components have been replaced and youre still experiencing issues, send in your unit with a note specifying which codes specifically youre still getting and well run diagnostics on the unit to see if the codes are being caused by the ECU.
