I recently replaced all of the injectors in my 2000 BMW 328, and a day later, more errors appeared on the dashboard, including a gearbox stuck in D only (restart engine and start again to reset), a dynamic drive, and a parking sensor. To note, when they fixed my injection, they told me that three of them were damaged by electricity but could be repaired. My mechanic informed me that I needed to repair the ECU.
