Hi
My washer Start button and Pause/Cancel buttons seem like the "spring" has gone - they still actuate , but I would like to have these repaired . Is this a repair you do ?
Also - you indicate that would replace all components that typically fail after a time - what components would these include ( I'm an engineer so I'm interested to know ) .
Also - your quick Turnaround is a winner since my wife would not want to be with our for any time period.
Please let me know - the washer is greta - works well - this is the only problem .

This will depend on the type of overlay your washer uses. The best thing to do is to ship it in and let us have a look.
As far as the components that typically fail over time, this would include mainly capacitors and relays. There are also solder connections that typically go bad, especially when heat is involved.
