The dishwasher abruptly stopped operating. The panel only contains 6 cycle settings, 5 cycle status, 4 wash options, a 4-hour delay, start, and finally cancel.
When I pick a cycle, the rinse status light and the hot dry option light both illuminate and remain illuminated. I performed a diagnostic and it finished successfully. At the end, it went into standby mode without blinking any led lights. The only unusual thing I noticed was that, while all of the lights turned on at the start, the drying status light never turned on at the finish. When I try to run anything, it still shows the two led lights (rinsing & hot dry). Any assistance is much appreciated.

I'm guessing you unplugged the unit for a few minutes to see if it will reset on its own.
After reading your response, I'm curious as to how you came to your conclusion.
The control board is the most likely culprit because the lights do not start an error code for a shorted key.
Is there a specific error number that this reflects or is it more of a broad failure, and rebuilding the control board seems like a reasonable place to start?
There isn't any code that I'm aware of.
The control board is the most probable candidate.
It's frequently a toss-up between the keyboard and the control board. We do fix faulty control boards.
