When I turn on the dishwasher, it appears to function for a few seconds before turning off completely. The detergent isn't even made available to the general public. Water doesn't seem to be able to fill it. I can shut it off, open it again, and restart it. In recent months, it has taken more repetitions of this method to get it to work properly. Do you think the control circuit board is faulty?
