my control board module has failed in that the optical sensor for determining if the door is open is not working (the dishdrawer stops midcycle). Is this something that is repairable by your service? If so, I would be interested in sending the module to you but have a possible issue. The dishwasher is two dishdrawers, but if I remove the failed one the other drawer doesn't work as it throws an electrical error. Do you know of some solution for this? It may prevent me from being able to send it otherwise as I need at least the working dishdrawer to operate while I wait on the repair to come back. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for reaching out. Would you happen to have a picture of the module? We typically don't support the door lock function\sensors on this MM. Once we receive photos of the module, I can give you a better answer to your request. We look forward to hearing back. Thank you.
