Dishwasher Whirlpool Water fills the unit's bottom but does not spray.
The float switch, water hose, and water intake valve have all been checked (which we replaced). The problem persists.

The first thing to check is if the wash motor has power.
It's often better to push the dishwasher forward and test directly at the motor or to remove the front panel and check at the motor connector on the PCB, depending on the installation.
In any event, if there is a 120V tension present, the dishwasher will try to clean, and the wash motor is most likely broken.
You'll have to figure out why there's never any 120V at the engine. Is it assuming that the door is open? Is your key stuck? Is your PCB in bad shape?
if it looks that everything is in order. There's also can be issues with the control board. We can fix control boards that have malfunctioned.
