When I turn on the washer for the first time, 2H displays in the time display. After a few moments, the clock will emerge and begin counting down as it washes. It continues to run once it reaches 1. When I stop/restart it, the cycle timer resets to 13 and the process repeats. The washer then drains and stops when I use the Scrub Wash/Delicate procedure to reset it. The buttons aren't working. Is this a problem with the control board?

Check for any water in the unit's base caused by a leak. Otherwise, the control board will need to be replaced or repaired.
