I have a w10624574 whirlpool refrigerator power board thats not gettin 120 voltage output from p1 to p2 ,p1-3 to p1-4 can u fix??

You should check the main control bard for 120VAC at connection J7 pin 11; if it does not have 120VAC, you should check the outlet that the refrigerator is hooked into. If the voltage is 120 volts, verify the connection J4 pin 2 to J4 pin 1 with the red probe of a meter. A value of 13VDC should be obtained. The primary control has ended in failure if there is no 13VDC. If the voltage is 13VDC, the transmitter board has failed and may be blocking the device from powering back up. It appears that the control board is faulty. We do fix control boards that aren't working properly. Here is more info
