No we have not fixed that part before
But we get custom request to fix parts all the time

Its a stiebel eltron tankless watdr heater that continues to heat and trip hi limit safety thermostats after thd water shuts off.

No we have not repaired this part before. You can send it in if you like. There is no charge if we cant repair, except for return shipping
