I am having issues with my kids Ride-on Car. I received the Car from a friend a few months ago. It was not working at the time, so I order a new Battery from the company in December 2021. The Car and the Battery was working fine. Then all of a sudden for the past month, the Car or the Battery stopped working. Even when I charge the Battery for a full 9hrs as recommended, the Car still doesn’t work. I reported this to the company. They said I just needed to swap out the spare Battery Fuse, and it should be working fine. The car still is not working properly. The car will Randomly come on and work for 2-3mins and then die again. It continues to do this Randomly.
Is there anyway a Technician can look at the Car? I feel like it may be the Motor or Wiring gone Bad??

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we don't see toys electronics that often. But if you can take a few pictures of control board . We can try to help you out. We do test faulty control boards for a small fee of 39.99
