Some heat/cold and cycle options do not work

The only service we do for GM climate controls is restoring backlights and LCD display. Any other issue is most likley as a result of the A/C or heating system and not necessarily the climate control unit itself.
Do not send in your unit if youre having issues other than backlights and LCD issues. We recommend inspecting the dash blend door actuators.
