I'm the owner of a 2010 Toyota Highlander. The air conditioning is cold, but it will not switch to heat. The vent selection also exclusively blasts air from the front vents, i.e. to the face. When I move it from cold to hot, none of the actuators operate, and nothing occurs when I switch it from air to the face to feet, defrost. Non-Toyota mechanics have already suggested that it might be the temperature ampilifer aka the climate control ecu. What do you believe it is, guys?
