I own a 2010 Limited. For some reason, the sync on my dual temperature controls works when the light is turned off rather than on, which is the standard configuration. It also has an impact on the climate settings in the back seat. Backseat passengers cannot control anything when it appears that they should be able to, and vice versa. If I take it to the garage, I'm afraid it'll result in a large repair price for the electrical system, but perhaps someone on here has an idea of what it could be and I can do something to correct it.
