I have a 2006 Highlander Hybrid that has temperature control difficulties. According to the dealer, because it is a hybrid, the complete circuit board must be changed to resolve the issue of not being able to manage the temperature independent of heat or air conditioning. Does the fact that it's a hybrid make a difference, or is the dealer taking advantage of me and ripping me off $1200.00?
