I have a malfunctioning EATC from a 1995 Ford Explorer limited. I had sent it to a company because the AC would not get power. Returned and installed. It worked great for a week. Then vent control defaulted to defrost only and blend door also stopped working. I sent it back for warranty work. They sent it back stating "Unable to get module to work ".
Do your techs think they can repair it?

If it has a defective chip, can you replace it?

We have the capacity to replace any chips, relays or resistors. If the part is not repairable, we typically notify you within 24-48 hours after the part is received. Thank you!
