Problem: 1. Radio Has No Sound 2. LED Backlight Not Working 3. Unit Turns On/Off intermittently once the vehicle is off/parked.
Can I send only the Radio/CD unit? Or do you need both the Radio/CD & Climate Control Face/Unit?

That's a very good question. The circuit board on the back of the climate control/radio controls both the LED backlighting as well as the Radio/CD functions. We would need to fully repair the circuit board, however, to test if those functions were successfully rebuilt, we would need the face/unit to test the rebuilt unit. Please do not separate the radio from the back of the front assembly. Send in the unit in its entirety.
