The Toyota 4Runner climate control Buttons not responding or acting weird, faded backlighting, LCD issues

The Toyota 4Runner climate control suffers from multiple issues. Sometimes its intermittent knob functions that work sometimes and other times dont. Another issue is the backlighting for the LCD goes out which we fix as well. All knob functions are restored including LCD and backlighting.
