2007 bmw 330 My automobile appears to be suffering from a malfunctioning body control module. At least, that's what my technician said. I've done some research on this topic and it appears that other articles are about different models, notably earlier 5-series'.
I've found a few secondhand units, however I have two questions:
1. Is it a "plug-and-play" device? Simply put, can I purchase an old one, plug it in, and have it work?
2. Is it really behind the glove box? At least, it appears to be present in other models
