No communication after module was repaired. Installed the module with the battery unhooked, performed the soft reset by clamping battery terminals together overnight. All power and ground circuits test good. Communication line tests good and can communicate with other modules on that circuit. Wondering if the module is bad or if I missed anything.
Thank you for reaching out. What's your order number? So i can look you up. What codes are you getting?

No codes because I can't communicate with the module at all.
I would suggest checking the red harness plug that mounts the GEM module to the fuse box since that GEM module mounts directly on top of the fuse box there could be an issue with the fuse box itself which we can also rebuild. If the pins are dirty or corroded that could be an issue. There's also 3 grey plugs that connect the GEM module to the harness from the side.
Let me know after checking everything if you still have the issue
I may be wrong calling it the gem module, it is for the four wheel drive too and is mounted behind the glove box. There are three grey connectors for it and there doesn't appear to be any corrosion on them. I hope I didn't create any confusion calling it the gem module if it is something else, the scan tool calls it the gem so that's what I assumed it was.
I checked your order number. It's the GEM module. 3 grey plugs and the red one that mounts it to the fuse box under the dash.
You part under the warranty. You can send it back we will take under look.
But i think you have electrical issue in wires or the fuse box
