Vehicle was jump started backwards. Now the ABS pump fuse blows. Does not blow with both module connectors disconnected. Still blows with the pump motor disconnected from the module. Part # is 89541-60061.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't do diagnostics over the internet. You can use a diagnostic scan tool to scan for codes. Or any auto parts store can do it for you for free. After you have it scanned, post the DTC codes here.
When you have codes it is easier to determine where the problem is

c1223, 1253 and 1256. I've isolated the short to inside the module.

Ok, this is a failure of the hydraulic brake booster. There an electronic pump motor relay built int the master cylinder assembly that's my guess. These codes are related to your ABS system and you need to plug in with a compatible scan tool to determine the cause.
C1223 indicates ABS System Faulr
C1253 indicates Hydro Booster Pump Motor Relay Malfunction
C1256 indicates Accumulator Low Pressure Malfunction
Some common failures are:
Hydraulic Brake Booster Assembly
Antilock Brake System (ABS) Control Module.
Unfortunately we don't service this part.
