My washer is not detecting the door unlocked sensor. I replaced the latch assy. and it worked for a few loads but the problem returned. I verified that the switches on the new latch were still OK and ohmed the wires all the way back to the board, no problem. I removed the board and noticed what looks like damage / corrosion and or fluid oozing out of the gel-coating. I searched for an exact replacement but it and most newer revs are obsolete. I cannot 100% verify if any of the newer revs are actually drop in compatible. I think it might make more sense to have mine repaired if possible. I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you for reaching out. As with any electrically controlled appliance, all connections should be double-checked by disconnecting and reconnecting each connector one by one to verify the problem isn't caused by a "communication mistake" between the boards. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards. Hi and thanks for the quick reply.
I went to start the repair request and I saw most Samsung DC92XXXX Model controllers are listed as not repaired. Are you sure you can fix my DC92-00133A?
Thank you for reaching out. We do have success with these. The only issue is if there is a certain transistor blown, We won't be able to repair it, they no longer make that particular transistor. We would need to take a look to determine if it's faulty.
