Can you replace microprocessor on Dacor clock board part# 62965?
This board was inspected by CoreCentric and they told us that this part has a bad microprocessor and they do not have a replacement.
Can you replace that?

as we stated before CoreCentric Solution told us that this board needs a new microprocessor and they dont have it. Do you have a microprocessor for this board part# 62965? Can you replace it?
We want to make sure you have it before we will request a service

Sorry that ic microprocessor is not available and is on backorder. If that microprocessor is faulty then we currently don't have that part to make the repair.

Yes we offer 1-2 business day turn around on most of appliance control board repairs. There are times that it can take a few days longer if a an uncommon microprocessor or IC (chip) is burnt. We do have 99% of all common parts in stock that fail on appliance control boards. There is time that some components are hard to get due to current shortage situation for IC's and microprocessors.
