Appliance won't fire. Getting F1 error code. I have been texting your number and was told you repair boards for this model number but I can't find the part number. How do I go about getting this part to you? Your website is hard for me to follow. I'm sorry please advise Thank you Penny Claar

Thank you. Question..when I go to that link it gives me a list of part numbers for my model. I can't find a part number or one that matches. So do I just send you the control board with all relevant information without creating a repair order?

You can create an Order on line by pressing on any part number. All the prices are the same. Or you can send it in your way

Hello UPFIX TEAM- A MESSAGE FOR SERGE
Serge, you responded to my forum information on internet. I am an 83-year man I am having trouble using the computer and the UpFix custom repair request form. Please help!
Following is the information noted from the combo ovens Manufactures' label. I think you possibly will need this to determine if you can do a repair and its repair cost.
The GE control board #WB27T10488 is located in Model JPK86WOF6WW GE combo microwave /wall oven and is not working. The control board screen in the lower oven is illegible and extremely faint when viewing.
A possible power surge by local power company has caused the disrepair. I would like UpFix to do the repair.
Please let respond and let me know if UpFix can repair this control board and how I may proceed.
