I need an ABS module for my automobile, however the expense of having it fitted is rather costly. I suppose due of its location.
I was advised that once installed, it MUST be programmed. So I'd like to "test if I can" install the new module myself and drive the car to get it programmed.
Bimmer Motor Werks demands $400 for installation and programming, whereas the shop asks 320 for simply installation.
I'm still phoning for pricing, but if possible, I'd prefer to do it myself.
Even if you don't have a lesson and have images, I need a DIY instruction for installing an ABS module in a 2008 BMW x5 car. That would be beneficial!
