codes C1440, C1963 and U0415

2011 F-150 LTD 4X4 with 5.0 L engine, automatic transmission with Advance Trac and trailer brake package. Starting and driving off, the MESSAGE CENTER chimes and displays "Check Brake System" and "Service Advance Trac", and illuminates the Brake, ABS and Advance Trac warning lamps. My Autel MAXI AP200 reads codes C1440, C1963 and U0415. With no pressure applied to the pedal, the ABS MAIN BRAKE PRESSURE is about 125 PSI, both brake pedal switch’s state is "OFF". Firm pressure on the brake pedal with the engine running is about 1600 PSI, both brake switch’s state "ON". l bled off all hydraulic pressure in the brake system at the master cylinder, ABS pump module and each caliper bleed screw with no change in ABS MAIN BRAKE PRESSURE. My understanding is that the ABS pressure at rest, key on - engine off, brake pedal released should be less than 40 PSI. It appears that the integral ABS HCU pressure transducer has a zero error that is causing this problem. Does your service address this?

We do support the repair of the C1963 fault code. If there are any secondary codes associated with this issue, those should be resolved once we repair the ABS electronic unit. If there are still issues or codes, let us know what those are as there could still be an issue outside of the ABS electronic unit that needs to be addressed.
