The ABS Pump is constantly running, even if the keys are out of the ignition. Is the ABS/EBCM bad or is the pump bad?

This is very common issue when the ABS EBCM abs control module is faulty, it will cause the pump to continuously run, and it will drain your battery. You can pull the ABS fuse for now so it does not drain your battery. Send your faulty ABS/EBCM control module for repair.
