2017 Ford Explorer My ABS light sometimes illuminates.
All sensors were examined for evident signs of damage, but none were discovered.
The brake fluid was flushed and replenished with fresh DOT 3 from the Ford Dealer.
Is there anything more I can do except taking it to the dealer and spending a fortune on a new ABS module? There is no communication without code. My hunch is that the solenoids are stuck for some reason, and the cold brake fluid is too viscous to allow normal function until warmed to the right viscosity. Thank you in advance for any assistance you may offer.
