I started my 2015 Dodge 1500 Pickup, , and the ABS & Brakes Light turned on and stayed on. There was also a noise emanating from beneath the hood. The ABS pump/motor is turned on and will not turn off. The pump was still running when I shut off the vehicle. When I unplugged the battery, the pump turned off; however, when I reconnected the battery, the pump turned back on and is continuing operating.
I replaced the sensor that is mounted on the differential, but nothing changed; the lights remained on and the pump was still running.
I changed the ABS Control unit today. The brake light has gone out, and the ABS light is blinking on and off.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
