So I'm driving my 2013 Cadillac Escalade one day when the "abs, traction control, service steering system" lights on and my car loses a lot of power. So I went to all of this trouble to get another one, got it installed, and then what happened? The automobile catches fire around the point where the cables connect to the pump. So, to cut a long story short, Caddy claims that the part is vehicle specific, and the replacement I received caused a power drain, which shorted the system. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd want to have mine rebuilt or acquire another with the same exact model number to avoid this problem in the future... Please assist; I'm at a loss for what to do. THANK YOU.
