2012 bmw 750 My ABS module has failed, and I've been told various things by various persons, therefore I wanted to find the correct answer. Some claim that it cannot be repaired. If this isn't the case, where can I have it rebuilt? I can't seem to locate somebody who will work on it. Others claim that the module is coded to the car and that I must purchase a new one. The cost difference between installing a new one and an old one is almost $4000! What are my genuine alternatives? Hopefully, I won't have to spend half the vehicle's worth for a single item. What are the ramifications of simply not correcting it if that is my only option? thanks
