2011 bmw 745 My issue is that the ABS light illuminates. I've tried the classic method of driving at 20-30 mph on a dirt track type road, slamming on the brakes, and sliding for miles!
I took the vehicle to a big dealer. I was told that the ABS unit was defective, but I couldn't afford the charges!! It is strange that turning the ignition off and back on again causes the light to go out.
I'm wondering whether the ABS needs to be reset? I'm not sure; please assist.
