2007 GMC 3500 I investigated and attempted every method I could think of to get the ABS and traction lights to turn off, but I was unsuccessful. I'm considering purchasing a "new" control module. When I plugged it into a friend's SnapOn Diagnostic Tool, he claimed it was not recognized and would need to be flashed at a dealership. So I went to the dealership, and it costs $159 to flash it. However, they refused to inform me whether or not that was necessary. He estimated that it would cost an extra $85 to have them diagnose it. I'll email you my original module if you're interested. Can you repair it? Is it a plug-and-play device?
