My Cadillac Mechanic diagnosed the whole ABS system on my 2006 Escalade and concluded (using the deductive technique) that my ABS module had failed and needed to be replaced. Please do not inquire. He spent a lot of time experimenting with different things. It is entirely module.
We're talking about a lot of money here. It will be quite expensive if anything breaks. I just cannot spend any more.
I heard somewhere that it is possible to disable the ABS unit with Tech 2 (he has one) and avoid the display of codes and lights on the dashboard.
As a result, does anyone know the source of the technique or the procedure itself?
P.S. I adore that automobile!
