2005 Chevy SSR I am getting ABS and service Brakes lights on my dash. Sometimes they go off and come back later. I am considering removing my module and sending it to you for repair but want to be sure that this is the problem first. I checked the OBD2 and the scanner showed no stored DTC’s. I was hoping to see error codes indicating the module or wheel hub, etc. as my problem. Do you have any advice for me on how to be sure wether it is my module before removing it and sending it to you?

If you see no codes when checking with a ODB reader that reads ABS codes. Let the light come on and don't shut it off until you have read the codes in the ABS. If your light is on and you are able to communicate with the ABS and there are still no codes you might be having an internal short with the module. It really is hard to tell.

I didn’t realize that not all obd2 scanners read ABS codes so I ordered a new one that says it reads ABS. We it gets here I will try again.
