2004 Durango (Dodge)
Part fail ABS pump low pressure and ABS piston bypass in master cylinder – this information is from the most recent (first) remedy in 2001.
Now the ABS pump is creating a lot of noise.
According to the dealer, this is a typical problem with the same item failing.
Part plus a half-hour diagnostic fee...
Anyone have any idea what's going on here? How do you fix it?
Why is this section failing?
I'm hoping to fix it myself, but I'm not sure where/how the pump is creating this loud (slapping/banging) noise. What is this missing part??
