Faulty ABS module
No speedometer, no trip meter, ABS and ASC lights on, pulsating via brake pedal and felt in steering while breaking.
Here's the issue. The car is a 2003 series 5 525i with a 20 pin dcl under the hood and a 16 pin obd under the dash.
More information. The left rear speed sensor was cleaned and replaced with the right rear sensor. result. What was once an intermittent defect is now permanent, and BMW is now asking $2000 for a new ABS module.
Anyone have any suggestions for the 20-pin connection issue? What are your opinions on the ABS issue?
