2002 Pontiac Bonneville ABS Module Repair

While I have worked on cars for years as a non-mechanic, brought my 2002 Pontiac Bonneville-SE (3.8 naturally aspired motor) to my mechanic as I could not figure why after replacing the master cylinder on this car, why I was unable to "bleed" the air out of the system (or so I thought). Mechanic determined the ABS brake Module is bad and needs replacement.
I can usually find any part, but this Bonneville-Se I inherited fr om my Mom (who recently passed away) was near mint at 113,000k in miles and I replaced most everything to bring it back to new, however I can NOT find a new OEM ABS brake module nor can I trust some used unit from eBay out of a junk yard.
Based on your website, I'd like to know wh ere do I mail this unit back after I have my mechanic remove the part? Lastly, do You need the VIN # or anything else beyond the year/make/model form me?
