module for a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 without any available communication codes Electrical connector was held on by two bolt heads that snapped off. I am unable to remove the connector. One of the bolt heads securing the plastic module casing to the aluminum top cover came out. These 2 pieces won't separate for me. I don't want to damage the surfaces that the gaskets mat on. Is there a specific process to get rid of these components? Do you provide a service to remove broken bolts? Is my product repairable and do I qualify for an extended warranty? I'm grateful.
