I had three lights on the dashboard sporadically till last week - ride height, ABS, and ESP. ABS and ESP are disabled after 5 seconds. After that, the ride height may be adjusted, but the ESP cannot be turned off.
The VAG-COM 03 ABS module returns the following error codes: 18265 - Load Signal: ECU 34 Level Control Error Message
While the ESP and ABS lights are illuminated, the vehicle will not accelerate in any gear or rpm range. If this happened when I was overtaking, it might be hazardous.
It appears to happen less frequently when the ride height is set to 2 rather than 1. (low).
Can somebody tell me what I should focus on in order to uncover the root cause?
